Attach (Ex)
A Dromaeosaurus that hits with one of its foreclaw attacks may attempt to start a grapple as a free action without provoking an attack of opportunity.

Slight Build (Ex)
The physical stature of Dromaeosaurus lets them function in many ways as if they were one size category smaller. Whenever a Dromaeosaurus is subject to a size modifier or special size modifier for an opposed check (such as Stealth), the Dromaeosaurus is treated as one size smaller if doing so is advantageous to the creature. A Dromaeosaurus is also considered to be one size smaller when “squeezing” through a restrictive space.

Environment any
Organization solitary, pair, or pack (3-12)

The slightly smaller cousin of Deinonychus, Dromaeosaurus is a fast and nimble predator capable of sneaking up much closer to its prey before launching an attack. A skilled ambusher Dromaeosaurs barely slip into the medium size category. Their slippery nature and ability to squeeze into spots other medium sized creatures can’t makes them prized mounts for halflings and gnomes in Odlania and their pack mentality makes them more easily domesticated then other small predators. It’s not uncommon for such a creature to sleep inside with the family that owns it instead of out in a stable. Other races prize them for use as a form of primal attack dog.
